Payment Conditions
50% advance payment required upon confirmation. Balance 50% to be settled 14 days prior to arrival. Payments via bank transfer or credit card (bank surcharge may apply). All bank charges borne by remitter. For bookings within 14 days of arrival, full payment required at confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms apply based on proximity to travel date. Please contact Heladiva Travel directly for full cancellation terms applicable to your booking. We always aim to accommodate changes where operationally possible.
Passport & Visas
All guests are responsible for ensuring their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date. Sri Lanka visa (ETA) can be obtained online prior to travel. Heladiva Travel can assist with tourist driving permits and visa extensions as a supplementary service.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and personal liability. Heladiva Travel does not take responsibility for losses not covered by insurance.
Medical & Health Advice
Guests are advised to consult their doctor before travel regarding vaccinations and medications. We recommend carrying personal medication supplies. Sri Lanka has good medical facilities in major cities. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies at the time of booking.
What vehicles are used for transfers?
All transfers are conducted in well-maintained premium SUVs offering powerful air-conditioning, smooth ride quality, spacious seating with good legroom, climate-controlled interiors, and modern safety systems. Larger vehicles (KDH vans, luxury coaches) available on request for bigger groups.
